Co-Hosting Support for Your Furnished Monthly Rental

Cedar & Porch Properties provides hands-on co-hosting support for select furnished mid-term monthly rentals in Portland, Vancouver, and surrounding areas.

We help hosts position and market their furnished homes for insurance housing, relocation, corporate stays, and other 30-day-plus bookings. Co-hosting support may include listing creation and optimization, pricing strategy, marketing across multiple housing platforms, inquiry response, guest communication, booking coordination, turnover coordination, and support throughout each stay.

As property owners and furnished-rental hosts ourselves, we understand the care that goes into creating a great guest experience. Our Co-Hosting Services

We provide marketing and coordination support for furnished monthly rentals. We get to know the property, shape its mid-term rental positioning, and prepare the listing and launch plan.

Marketing & Launch

We market the furnished home to insurance, relocation, corporate, and other 30+ day guests. This includes pricing strategy, listing optimization, inquiry response, and booking coordination.

  • We can pre-list your property even before it's furnished

We coordinate guest support, turnovers, and vendors so the hosting work doesn’t all land on you.

*Property and third-party costs are billed directly to the the owner.

 

 

 

How Co-Hosting Works

For direct bookings we provide screening reports for the property owner to review. The property owner approves each booking, signs the lease, and receives rent and deposits directly, we don't collect or hold rent or deposits.

  • Must be pet friendly (fenced yard ideal)
  • Owner pays for all utilities and high speed Wifi
  • The home must be fully furnished before guest move-in. We can begin marketing before setup is complete.

Our Fees

  • One-time onboarding: $3,000*
  • Co-hosting: 20% of gross rental revenue, invoiced monthly.
  • Property Turnover: $350 per turnover. 

*Excluding listing fees, professional photos, video tour, and software fees.

Our mission is to provide fully furnished comfortable, stylish properties for guests to call home during their stay. Our properties  are tastefully designed, thoughtfully furnished, immaculately clean, and have a host of other modern amenities. Each home is equipped with a smart tech like smart locks for easy self-check-in, towels and linens, fully-stocked  kitchen, dedicated work area and high speed internet, and more.
