Are you Pet Friendly
Yes — absolutely.
We strongly believe pets are part of the family, especially during times of transition. Most of our homes welcome both cats and dogs.
We do require pet rent and/or a pet fee, and pets must be well-behaved and responsibly cared for during the stay.
If you have a pet, just let us know the details and we’ll walk you through the specifics.
How do direct bookings work
If you’re booking directly with us (outside of platforms like Airbnb or VRBO), the process is simple and secure.
We begin with a brief application and screening process. This allows us to verify identity and ensure the home is a good fit for everyone.
Once approved, we prepare a short-term lease agreement outlining the stay details. To secure the reservation, a security deposit and the first month’s rent are due when paperwork is completed.
We understand that many of our guests are in transition — relocating, renovating, or navigating an insurance claim — and may not have traditional rental references. That’s completely fine. We evaluate each situation thoughtfully and do not require prior landlord references.
Our goal is to provide stability and clarity during what is often an uncertain time.
My home was damaged and I have an insurance claim. Do you work with insurance?
Yes — we regularly work with insurance claims and displaced families.
We’re very familiar with the process and often coordinate directly with adjusters and housing representatives. Most homeowners have Additional Living Expenses (ALE) coverage within their policy, which is designed to pay for temporary housing during a covered loss.
We recommend confirming your ALE limits and approved budget with your adjuster so we can help you find the best fit within your coverage.
We understand this is usually an unexpected and stressful situation. Our goal is to make the housing portion smooth, stable, and straightforward while you focus on getting your home restored.
We’re happy to walk you through the next steps.
