Guarantees

The student understands that The Mid-Term Rental Playbook course does not guarantee results. Rather, The REI Playbook course provides training and modules for students to buy their first investment property. We stand by the training program, and If you do all the work, submit proof, attend coaching calls, and do not get results, we’ll give you your money back.

You agree that the Company has not made any guarantees about the results of taking any action, whether recommended by this course or not. The Company provides educational and informational resources that are intended to help users of this course launch a mid-term rental. You nevertheless recognize that your ultimate success or failure will be the result of your own efforts, your particular situation, and innumerable other circumstances beyond the control and/or knowledge of the Company.

You also recognize that prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Thus, the results obtained by others – whether students or customers of the Company or otherwise – applying the training set out in this course are no guarantee that you or any other person or entity will be able to obtain similar results.

Payment Plan

If you choose to pay by a payment plan, you understand that as each payment is collected, it becomes non-refundable. You understand that it is your obligation to make sure there are sufficient funds available on the credit card given prior to the due date. Any NSF will be charged a $50 fee. If payments are more than 30 days late, the entire balance becomes due immediately, and a 10% penalty on the total balance before sending the account to collections.

Refunds

We stand by the program and have put much thought into this course. Your tuition investment is non-refundable. If you opt into the payment plan, you agree to make all payments in full. We believe in the methods that we teach and would not offer it unless we believe students have the opportunity to be successful utilizing the information provided. However, this program requires commitment, and individual results vary based on the student's personal efforts and circumstances.
