A litte about me...
Shona grew up in a small town in Northern California. From a young age, she helped with the family business of running a small vacation rental business before Airbnb was even a thing. So, she basically has the hospitality gene. Continuing with tradition, Shona involves her kids in this family business. Before launching her latest company, Shona founded and led a boutique branding studio and a creative communications agency which was acquired in 2019.
CONTACT MEShona has been in the buy-and-hold rental business for over 16 years and operates a mix of long-term and mid-term rentals in Portland, OR, where she lives with her husband, two kids, golden retriever, and questionable tuxedo cat.
